Orders are only processed once they have been confirmed via a phone call (typically the call is made within 24 hours of the order being received). Processing time is normally 24 to 48 hours depending on order queue.

All Pakistan orders (except those with wholesale items) over Rs. 2,500 (for a maximum weight of up to 2 KG) will get free delivery to the recipient’s address. STANDARD DELIVERY

We ship using COD (Cash On Delivery) to virtually all locations within Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 10,000 may only be processed with advance payment (bank deposit or other methods) of a minimum amount of 50% or more (depending on order size). Standard Delivery within Pakistan takes 3-4 days after the order has shipped.

LAHORE DELIVERY

The shipping charges are Rs. 50 for an order to locations covered by our riders within Lahore (please refer to the map for the covered areas). If your location is within the bounds of ring road and outside the coverage area, shipping charges will be Rs. 100. For all other locations in Lahore, they will be shipped via Courier and the shipping charges for those would be Rs. 150. We will notify you prior to adjusting the charges in your order and will only proceed once we have your approval.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,000 for a maximum weight of up to 1 KG. It is up to the discretion of Bilaltrader.pk to select the shipping service used. Delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days.

Again, the courier company used is at the discretion of bilaltrader.pk and delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days depending on location of delivery.

Certain items are applicable for free shipping without any other requirements. Please note that only that item will ship for free and any other items added in the same order will still have standard delivery charges applied to them.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Free delivery is not available on wholesale items. If your order is a combination of regular items and wholesale items, the free shipping will be valid if the product amount of regular items exceeds Rs. 2,500. The shipping charges for wholesale items will be calculated and charged separately. Delivery charges for wholesale items are calculated after the order is placed and you will be notified during the confirmation call regarding the exact amount or best estimate available to us at the time.

REASONS FOR SHIPMENT DELAYS

Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.

Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.

Payment in advance is not yet verified (for orders where payment is made via bank deposit, EasyPaisa or other advance payment options).

If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.

VIEW & TRACK ORDERS

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from Bilal Trader containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact Bilal Trader using the Contact Us form or email at saport@bilaltrader.pk.

Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier.

Please allow 12 hours for your package to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
